In the event that cancellation of your service occurs after the time specified above for the type of service you have reserved, you will be responsible for the remaining balance due. The balance will be automatically charged to the credit card that was given at the time of placing the reservation. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

> Airport pick ups (Sedan & SUV service): 


Cancellations must be done 72 hours prior to the service time to avoid being charged.


A charge of 50% of the total will be applied if a cancellation is made within 72 hours of the reservation date and 100% of the total will be due if a cancellation is made within 48 hours before the scheduled pick up time. In the case of a cancellation, a non-refundable 20% deposit is taken on all limousine & charter arrangements.


 


> Stretch Limousine:


Deposits are NON refundable. Cancellations must be done 14 days prior to the service time to avoid being charged. 


 


If cancellation is made within 14 days before the scheduled pick up date, a charge of 50% of the total will be applied and 100% of the total will be due if a cancellation is made within 7 days before the scheduled pick up date. In the case of a cancellation, a non-refundable 35% deposit is taken on all limousine & charter arrangements.


 


> Mini Bus & Coach Bus:


Deposits are NON refundable. Cancellations must be done 14 days prior to the service time to avoid being charged. 


 


If cancellation is made within 14 days before the scheduled pick up date, a charge of 50% of the total will be applied and 100% of the total will be due if a cancellation is made within 7 days before the scheduled pick up date.In the case of a cancellation, a non-refundable 35% deposit is taken on all Mini Bus & Coach Bus reservations.


 


Special Events:


Weddings – no later than 60 Days before service date


All Prom reservations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled


 


Please note that these cancellation policies can change during major Festivals & Conferences

Refunds of any payments made to us by you (i.e. deposits, prepaid overtime, balance) within (2) weeks by company check or bank transfer.


 


No Show:


 


In the event that the Driver arrives on-site and the Passenger does not show, the full fare is charged without a refund. Our Driver will wait no less than 15 minutes and will make repeated attempts to contact the Passenger, in the event they cannot be located.


 


If the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location (no-show). If for any reason you cannot locate your chauffeur, please contact us. To avoid being billed as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting us by phone.

715 TAXI CAB shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, road and traffic conditions, or mechanical breakdowns.


 


In order to ensure availability at all times, it is common practice for transporation companies to work out together and farm-out services to other limousine companies. In the event that INSTREETRIDE   farms out your ride, INSTREETRIDE   is not responsible and/or liable for any 3rd party claims. When you book a ride, you hereby agree to release INSTREETRIDE   (and or officers, directors, affiliates, employees and agents) and any other third party person from any damages or claims (including consequential and incidental damages) of every kind or nature, arising our of or in any way connected with the actions or inactions of the farmed our ride limousine service providers.


 


In the case of a farm out: while INSTREETRIDE   vets its affiliates and ensures they posess all required permits and authorizations during the vetting process, INSTREETRIDE   does not make any representations or warranties that members are appropriately licensed, free of significant state-level civil legal judgments, or carry appropriate automobile, general liability, and indemnity insurance or bonding at the time of registration, during the period they are members, or thereafter. As circumstances can change daily, INSTREETRIDE   does not represent or warrant that the information received from state, provincial or other government agencies or from third party sources is accurate, error free, or that it is up to date or updated at the time that Company checks such information. Most agencies have periodic update cycles or schedules and this information is not always updated on a real-time basis by such agencies and third party sources.


 


* Note: Warm/Hot weather days may affect the cooling ability of the vehicle in which INSTREETRIDE   LLC is not responsible for. In the event that the rented vehicle suffers or sustains a mechanical problem, we may provide a vehicle of similar kind and quality at our discretion. This replacement will satisfy INSTREETRIDE LLC responsibility under this contract.


 


~ Any damages to the interior and/or exterior of the vehicle, will be the responsibility of the client who signs this agreement. If there is any items/property belonging to INSTREETRIDE   LLC damaged/removed by any passenger, it will be the responsibility of the client to pay for the repairs to the satisfaction of INSTREETRIDE  LLC. There is an additional charge of $300.00 for cleaning the vehicle, if a person becomes sick or if there is any damage or excessive cleaning from any passenger, it will be the responsibility of the client to pay for the repairs to the satisfaction of INSTREETRIDE   LLC, depending on the severity of the damage. Damage costs will be determined by INSTREETRIDE   LLC after appropriate professional quotes are obtained.


 


~ INSTREET RIDE LLC assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any damages, personal injuries, or physical harm incurred as a result of getting in/out of the vehicles, inappropriate behavior within the vehicles by the client and/or guests


 


~ INSTREET RIDE  LLC assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for lost or damaged personal belongings and/or items left in the vehicles by the client and/or guests

No smoking/vaping or food of any kind is allowed in the vehicles. Any damages from smoking or food will be charged a $300.00 cleaning fee to the client that signs this agreement on the credit card we have on file once it has been evaluated and documented by management after your reservation. In the event of smoking or food, the chauffeur reserves the right to cancel the run with no refund. 

In the event that you refuse to pay your obligations resulting in 715 TAXI CAB needing to employ a collection company or an attorney, you agree to fully reimburse 715 TAXI CAB all attorney fees, court costs, collection fees and any out of pocket expenses that we may incur. A 2% monthly charge will be added to all unpaid balances.

The client understands and accepts that Acts of God, unforeseen traffic, road conditions and/or severe weather conditions delay travel. Every effort will be made to dispatch the contracted limousine(s) during these conditions and all attempts will be made to arrive at the designated pick up locations on time. In the event that there is a delay caused by an Act of God, unforeseen traffic, road conditions and/or severe weather conditions resulting in any of the contracted limousine(s) arriving late at any of the pick up addresses, we will modify the drop off time to reflect the amount of time caused by the delay. You agree that this action will compensate you for the delay and there will be no further liability to us. Should we deem at any time up until the day of the service that said conditions are too dangerous for our chauffeurs and/or vehicle(s) than we will inform you of such and terminate the service.

All trips will be charged in full in order to confirm the reservation and hold the vehicle. Vehicles will not be dispatched for service if funds are not available.


We will attempt to contact you in the event your transaction is declined so that alternate payment may be arranged and your service will continue as contracted.


715 TAXI CAB will charge the credit card for any of the following charges; deposits, cancellation fee, damages to the vehicle and all services rendered. We will calculate the exact amount of hours and charges when the trip is completed. We will then deduct your deposit amount leaving the actual balance due.


By signing this contract and terms & conditions, I have read, understand and accepted all the above terms and conditions. I understand that all charges will be charged to me as I am the Credit Card Holder and herewith authorize this transaction, as I am responsible for this reservation and my party.

Billing

Rates are subject to change on days with snow, after-hours, or inclement weather conditions, as well as for longer travel distances. Additional fees may apply for travel beyond the designated area, as well as on state and federal holidays, which are subject to holiday rates.


Before booking your ride, please contact our office to receive an estimated cost, considering potential traffic and unforeseen events that may affect the journey. This will allow us to provide a more accurate rate for your trip.


To secure a scheduled reservation or arrange a pickup, advance payment is required. A deposit or credit card payment on file is currently mandatory for all future reservations.  Prepay with Zella and get 10% off your order.


Cancellation requests for orders 7 to 10 will be processed for refunds back to the credit card. Please note that processing times may be extended due to state and federal holidays.
